| "GEMCO" SYLVESTER ENGINE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS |
| STARTING INSTRUCTIONS |
| 1. Turn on fuel cock (allow a few seconds for fuel to fill carburettor). |
| 2. Full Choke, full throttle |
| 3. Make sure ignition switch is on |
| 4. Crank engine over once |
| 5. Close choke, leave throttle fully open |
| 6. Crank engine an it will fire and start |
| 7. Adjust needle valve as required. |
| STOPPING |
| 1. Turn off fuel cock and let engine stop. This is to ensure all fuel is used in engine |
| 2. Only use ignition switch in an emergency |
| ** NOTE: Flooded Engine. Open Drain cock and open throttle, Crank engine to discharge excess fuel |
